Our process
A process built around how ministry actually works
We know your schedule is full. So our process is clear, collaborative and respectful of your time, with no surprises along the way. Not sure where to start? Take the scorecard, or request a free audit if you would like a written review of your website first.
Typical timeline
4 – 12 weeks to launch
-
01
Step one
Book a consultation
You fill out a short form and pick a time. It's a 30-minute conversation, not a sales presentation: we listen and take time to understand your culture, goals, team capacity and challenges.
-
02
Step two
Proposal and strategy
A clear, honest proposal with no vague line items or hidden fees. You'll see exactly what you're getting, what it costs, and the timeline.
-
03
Step three
Design and build
Regular updates, review points and a shared space for feedback as we go. We build with you, not just for you.
-
04
Step four
Launch and ongoing support
Launch day isn't where our relationship ends. We walk your team through everything and stay available as a steady monthly presence.
Pastors and church administrators are some of the busiest people in any community. Our process gives you clarity and confidence at every stage, so you can keep doing what you're called to do.
Common questions
Process questions
How long does a website project take?
Most projects take four to twelve weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on size. The proposal includes a clear timeline so you know what to expect.
Do you only work with churches in the Caribbean?
No. We're based in Barbados and have served churches in the Caribbean, North America, Europe, Africa and Australia. We work remotely, wherever your congregation meets.
What if we already have a website?
That's very common. We can start with a free audit to see what's working, what to fix and what's worth rebuilding, so you only invest where it makes a difference.
Do we own the website once it's built?
Yes. You own your website, your content and your domain. We hand everything over and train your team so you're never locked in.
What platforms do you build on?
We build custom websites on WordPress, with events, online giving and groups built in, so your team can manage everything in one place.
Can you work alongside our team or volunteers?
Absolutely. We're happy to work with the people you already have, and our training sessions are designed to leave your team confident and equipped.
How involved do we need to be?
As involved as suits your season. We keep review points short and clear, so your leaders can give feedback without it taking over their week.
