Plain-language terms for using this website and for working with Sunday Websites. Paid projects are covered by a written proposal as well.

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use sundaywebsites.com and when you request a free audit, book a consultation or download our toolkit. "We", "us" and "our" mean Sunday Websites, based in Barbados. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

When you hire us for a project or subscription, we will also give you a written proposal. If the proposal and these terms disagree, the proposal wins for that work.

2. Our services

We offer website design and development, content repurposing, content strategy and systems, SEO and analytics, and team training. What is included, the price and the timeline for any engagement are set out in the written proposal. The descriptions and prices on this website are a guide and may change.

3. Free audits and consultations

Free audits and consultations are offered in good faith, with no obligation to buy. They give our honest view of your website and digital tools at that moment. They are not legal, financial or technical certification, and we cannot guarantee particular results, such as search rankings or visitor numbers.

4. Pricing and payment

  • Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Website prices start from the figures shown and move with page count and scope. A consultation gives you a fixed quote.
  • Website projects are normally paid 50% to start and 50% at launch, or in three instalments, as set out in your proposal.
  • Content plans and retainers are monthly subscriptions. You can change or cancel them as set out in your plan or proposal.
  • Optional extras and add-on services are priced as listed on the Pricing page or in your proposal.

5. Your content and responsibilities

You are responsible for the text, images, sermons and other material you give us, and you confirm that you have the right to use it and to let us use it to do the work. You also agree to give us the information and feedback we reasonably need, in good time. Delays on your side may move the timeline.

Who owns the finished work, and what happens after launch, are set out in your proposal.

6. Our materials

The design, text, logo and other content on this website belong to us or are used with permission. The Sermon-to-Content Multiplier Toolkit is provided for your church's own use. Please do not resell, republish or share it as your own. Photography on this site is from Unsplash and remains the property of its photographers.

7. Acceptable use

Please use this site and its forms honestly and lawfully. Do not try to disrupt the site, access it without permission, send us harmful code or spam, or submit someone else's personal details without their consent.

8. Third-party services and links

Our work often involves third-party tools such as WordPress, Planning Center, hosting, email and analytics providers. Those services have their own terms and are outside our control. This site may also link to other websites, and we are not responsible for their content.

9. Disclaimers and limits on liability

We work hard to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is", and we do not promise that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, income or opportunity, arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Privacy

How we handle your personal details is explained in our Privacy policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Barbados, and the courts of Barbados have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be waived.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
