1. Who we are
Sunday Websites is a digital partner for churches, based in Barbados. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Sunday Websites. You can reach us at hello@sundaywebsites.com.

- To prepare for your consultation or write your free audit.

- To keep the site secure and to improve how it works.
We do not sell your personal details, and we do not use them for anything unrelated to the reasons above.
4. Who else sees your details
We use trusted services to run our business, such as email and scheduling tools and our web host. They can access your details only to provide their service to us.
This site loads its typeface (Outfit) from Google Fonts. When you open a page, your browser requests the font files from Google, which receives your IP address and browser details as part of that request.
We may also share details where the law requires it.
5. Cookies and analytics
At the time of writing, this site does not set cookies of its own and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, we will update this page and ask for your consent where required.
6. How long we keep your details
We keep your details for as long as we need them to respond to you, deliver the work you ask for, and meet our legal and accounting duties. If we are not working together, we delete or anonymise enquiries when they are no longer needed.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal details we hold about you,
- correct anything that is wrong or out of date,
- delete your details, or stop using them in a particular way, and
- stop sending you the toolkit tips or any other emails.
Email hello@sundaywebsites.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not happy with how we have handled your details, you also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.
8. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your details, including limiting who can access them. No website or email service can be completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as passwords or payment card details through our forms.
9. Children
This site is for church leaders, staff and volunteers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their details.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make a significant change, we will say so on this page.
